Based on the Social Map, we elaborate a series of first steps to introduce the company to the concept of the Intranet 2.0.
These steps must cover the basics, such as user profiles, be easy to understand and use and it must be fun!
Key users must be actively involved and lead by example. Ample corporate communication must support the initiative.
Some “must-have” corporate communication, such as communication from the CEO, is transferred to the Intranet 2.0. This strongly encourages the employees to regularly use the new system.
